Small Fry - I'm confused. I know ask/sale - bid/buy but when I look at Ameritrade's real-time quote the bid is always lower than the ask. So I always look at the ask to put in a limit when I buy. Is the bid the price the MM's are willing to buy at, which is really the price we can sell at? Obviously I'm confused! Thanks, Linda L.
