RTN.B IL/ACT construction on a weekly chart.

I have picked the weekly points for the ACT as 3/12 and 4/9.

I have picked the IL from 12/24 and 2/9. Are these close???

If they are correct then RTN.B is very close to the IL this week.

Do the IL/ACT dynamics pertain to weekly patterns???
