E*Trade has VVUS to short. I started a small position here. We will see what the earnings report says.

Hello Mr. Wexler: VVUS Hype from company about 'earnings' of about $0.12 mentioned in article fnews.yahoo.com as well as a $4M one time only payment from Astra AB. With Viagra entrenched in the market and dubious results with VVUS compounds, it would appear the jump is unwarranted. I have a day order to short at 5-1/2. Expect it to trade in the 2-3 range later on. Shrinking business. Time should take its toll. Best regards, m
