Compare WGAT to ATHM, WEBTV or AOL folks, don't compare it to IATV?

Why do you say that?

This is an extract of WGAT's profile:

"Its Channel HyperLinking allows TV viewers to go directly to
Web sites associated with TV programs; about 70 TV programmers
are HyperLinking partners.
WorldGate has received equity investments from its set-top
providers, General Instrument and Scientific-Atlanta, as well
as from other large and influential investors."

If you still think this does not sound as IATV's business, please
tell me how I can improve my reading skills.

By the way, AT&T owns Liberty Media, and @Home "belongs" to AT&T.
Now, IATV is Liberty's choice for interactive TV.
It's therefore reasonable to think that soon or later @Home will be
powered by IATV's technology.

Once again, my question is:

Why is WGAT a better company than IATV?

To me, it just seems to be a lucky IPO, and a second best choice.
