Was that block of 100,000 shares traded at the close, a "BIG BOY" getting in or out of LGND?(:>>)

Actually, at the close there were two trades of 100,000, one at 1/2 and the other at 7/16, plus there were several other large blocks....19,000, 49,000 and a 30,000 share block traded in the last 15 minutes. Anyone have a guess as to why?
