btw .. RCT doesn't come knocking on doors anymore .. they just garnish and put freeze on accounts.... I am gambling on t.sbx today.. have mkt order to sell 15k off the bat - I think it will dip down within the first hour, or just before noon -- if all goes well, buy everything back .. I hope i am not wrong .. Feel free to tell me it is a bad decision! but, want to beef up the working capital today. HART

No problem - I would be just concerned if they cam back after you guys later and changed you Cap Gains to income and then you had not prepared for nor had you properly recorded your expense side of what you do. And they dont care - Rememeber - think entrepeneur even if you have a day job. I do. I do taxes and have other income - I even claimed the cost of a haircut against the income I earned while "starring " in a TV movie. I might be exaggerting that "starring" line
