Unless you haven't noticed, Bryan has intentionally refused to respond to these issues as he rightly interprets they are legally sensitive. However, what he doesn't yet realize, or maybe he does, is that these issues are front burner issues at corporations around the country, and he has probably already confirmed my displeasure as expressed to the Go2Net attorney a few months back. Why Bryan do you refuse to comment publicly on the rights of ALL of your customers, to be protected from harm from the disinformation that you allow daily to prevail on these public message threads? Allowing your customers to be called liars and to be unfairly accused of having access to inside information when they don't, and to be publicly labelled as insiders when they are clearly defined by law as not, is damaging to those individuals. Your Terms of use clearly state that you will in your sole discretion determine what is and is not damaging is not going to cut it when the chips come down. You can not selectively enforce your terms of service when it suits you. SI remains second rate until it addresses these issues, and will NEVER, I repeat NEVER be used by the mainstream investment community as a result. Again I state, Go2net has bought the Brooklyn Bridge, but refuses to sweep the horse manure so at least those if us who still wish to navigate it, can do so without the smell that walking thru it causes.
