Meredith, Excellent post. Panama is next - China is at the gates and influence a politically unstable country offering money etc. Has anyone given consideration that the majority of our armada is in one location or will be within a month? Sorry Meredith but I have to disagree with you. If NATO nations slapped harsh economic sanctions on Yugoslavia AND went to the negotiating table with the U.N. AND were willing to negotiate (not deliver an ultimatum) we would not be in this rat's hole right now. Now we have blood on our hands too and we're right in the middle of this mess, not to mention re-igniting the cold war.
