Seriously, KIS is trying to rationalize the situation. I pointed out the flaws in his rationalization. You can't rationalize a chaotic situation beyond probabilities. All I know about the weather today in San Jose is that it'll likely be sunny and warm, and while a tornado is possible, it's unlikely.
