There were several purchases of land put together to get the total land held by Madera. Without the deed in hand, it would not be proper for me to put out half ass info. The land came from the Brazil Gov before Madera got it.

Land was purchased in a checker board method, when you get a few pieces, you get the centers cheaper to close in the property. Madera is in control of the land w/authority to sell.
