I think those guys are primarily associated with aircraft increases i.e. not ground troops. I don't know where they are going to put all these people and planes since Avaino is jam packed already. I can't believe we have bombers flying runs from the US round trip! Talk about fuel bills. I heard there is talk about stopping all retirements of active duty troops, too.
