true - the internet stocks have syphoned a lot of money out of smallcaps and smallcaps have been in a bear market for quite some time despite the street's yearly pronouncements that this will be the year of the smallcaps everyone's looking for a big winner in the internet lottery truly a sad state of affairs in the market i for one will have little pity for the fools stuck holding the internet stocks when the music stops - missed the big plays to the upside, hope to ride the wave down when it all comes crashing down
