As far as I know everyone is on the 1.5 to 1% plan. However I do not know about Ricoh, but I should be able to figure that out based on their royalty payments, or maybe I will just ask.

Fred. It's nice to see that Tom has confirmed our current royalty
agreement on our CD-RW/DVD-RAM with Nancy Bacon. I assume this
includes Ricoh.

We have every right to feel a little apprehensive on this delicate
subject, in light of our past experience, where royalty rates had dropped in the past without our knowledge. And this fact only came to light when we questioned the paltry royaly revenues. Let's hope that never happens again.
