CHINA, April 15, AsiaPort -- Huabang Electronic Ltd has won the US Rambus Co's warrant of its high-frequency broad memory interface. Huabang will apply the technology to future 144M/128M and higher DRAM. The first batch of trial products will be launched in the third quarter of this year. The application of Rembus memory includes computer system, multimedia, draw system, communication system, and consumer electronic products. There have been more than 10 companies that develop Rambus's logic chips up till now. Intel Corp has announced that it will apply Rambus technology to key memories of mainstream desktop computers.
