FWIW, I have done a MS Word comparison of the 20F second filing with the 20F third filing. The substantial change is as it relates to the NASDAQ National Board, as was stated here before. If you read in between the lines, NASDAQ approval has been granted, BIDS is now waiting for FINAL SEC approval. Other than that, obviously the warrants are being exercised which is bringing in more money for BIDS. As of April they had $22M in cash on hand. Nothing else that I could find.
