I see more news wires reporting as the morning moves forward. IMO shorts REALLY struggling hard to keep her from rolling them over. I want a close at least at 5 3/4 going into the week end. I think the shorts have thrown a lot of their money at Vivus and will soon run out and have to capitulate and THAT is when they will have a real reason to panic!
