Looks like someone wants out.

The trading pattern seems to be consistent with a large seller. The volume is large, but not really as large as it should be, given the size of the declines. Something has chased potential buyers to the sidelines, and my guess is that they can see that its primarily 1-2 large sellers. They'll wait until the seller(s) run out of steam before they jump in. This is my opinion, and of course someone else could come up with other interpretations.

The earnings are due next Thursday, and should be good, with better forward looking statements... But perhaps a large holder has some nice gains, and doesn't want to hold through the report.

Another possibility is the momentum based buyers who jumped in and drove the stock from the low 40s to 56, are leaving. These mo guys are prone to these kinds of sudden exits, when the price starts dropping.

The stock is now very favorably priced with regards to its peers in the sector, and I replaced the trading shares I sold recently on the run-up.

I was hoping it would do this and it has. I wanted to buy more but it seemed it was getting a bit ahead of itself. Now is an excellent opportunity to buy more.

Judy,

My take is that there was some pretty heavy profit
taking over the last week or so. Flex was at $34 or
so around first week in March and hit a high of $56
about two weeks ago...That's a $22/share gain or
22/34 comes out to 64.7% gain - in little over two
months. That's a pretty nice gain for most normal
stocks over the course of an entire year, so some
pullback was in the cards on this one.

Good luck. Peter.
