Street, as for you, DCHT is a public entity governed by 1) Blue sky laws in the state stock is sold in(just like privates and private funding) 2) The SEC, 3) the exchange it trades in(in DCHT case the NASD/OTC BB). Disclosure documents and subscription agreements are to accompany offerings in this business. It appears your trying to use the knowledge from your business and apply it here. But they arent quite the same. Please take the stubborn brick from your head and learn. As for O It has always been quite apparent he and his company have been hired as consultants we have always known that. You guys keep posting PROOF, HERE IT IS, THATS IT THEN with all your evidence. Well no kidding it has been determined many times over. My point is do we really know if DCHT management fills him in on need to know information that is in confidence by DCHT and Los Alamos National Labs, Allied Signal, etc. I dont know these answers. DO you? As for street calling me a liar and insider. What have I lied about. Im not an officer, or Director, control person, affiliate, consultant, not even a shareholder not even one (not my wife, not my mom, not my cousin, not any one in my family, not my neighbors), im not the printer, im not employed by in any way shape or form by this company or any of its affiliates.
