It would be foolish of A@P to do otherwise, what with his knowledge of SEC regulations and his campaigns against frontrunners. If he were investigated all they would have to do is subpoena his trading records and compare to publicly posted messages. But let's be realistic, he is not going handicap himself either. Even Fast Eddie will only be the second person to make the position. OK, here I am, I'm A@P, I hit the submit button on SI call and then hit the speed dial to broker who probably has reserved shares for me earlier in the day. Maybe there is thirty seconds elapsed. Fast Eddie would be 60 seconds behind. I'm just making this scenario up but I imagine it is similar to reality. We should ask how much time usually elapses. I know for a fact that A@P has changed his mind several times after posting and has reversed himself.

Best,
Jimmy Liberato
