"Why are you buying this stock???"

What this company does is form alliances with the license holders in different states/regions to enable them to set up wireless internet systems in those regions. They are just getting started at this. It is my understanding that they will be building the systems, operating the sytems, and then most likely paying a royalty to the license holders. Basically, LWIN, bought a bunch of these licenses at auction according to yesterday's release. ECIN is somewhat doing the same thing, except that they have not actually bought any licenses outright that I know of, but rather are working with the license holders to develop the systems. I would venture to guess that they were bidding on the licenses that LWIN won bid on. I am not stating that as a fact, but it is likely. They do not have the capital on hand that LWIN has, but they are in the same business. As I said, it is a sattelite, but I beleive it is one with some real potential. The above link may help you to get a better understanding. According to the IR dept at ECIN, they are one of only 3 companies that provide the technology for wireless systems. Of course, they are just the small fish. It is about as speculative as any stock out there including LWIN, and that is what I am doing. Speculating.
