I just checked the charts back in June of last year when Vivus was showing support around 6. That old support is now our major resistance. Actually that support level traded as low as 5 13/16 on June 22 so as I said before over 5 3/4 is indeed the magic number. IMO all we need is a handful of institutions to decide to move in this afternoon and break the short's back. Damn those shorts sure have an agenda to not go away! I'm sure our new CFO has a lot more rabbits to pull out of his hat over the next quarter. I think the shorts are messing with the wrong person. We will see.
