Well I would suggest on the diamond property's it should be 60-75%.
This however is a mute point until DS is finished selling. Once they are gone this stock will move up rapidly. I would suggest 85 cents the day after DS is gone.....If CNB is in the 2-3 dollar range by then it wont take long for PVF to hit the 1.50 mark...lots of old timers here too..(2.00 stock holders ).....IMO......DD
