Greek civilian crowds attacked a French military convoy bound for Macedonia and forced it to withdraw, according to AP on 4/15/99.

Unless the Greeks allow the use of Salonika and transit through their territory for a military build-up in Macedonia (over 500,000 troops), I don't see how Clinton and Tony Blair can "insert" ground troops into Yugoslavia. The Russian Black Sea Fleet will probably run some interference in narrow international waters.

The 2 boy-politicians are in a bloody pickle.
