Me too, perhaps someday Big Dog will clue us in, sounds like MediaMogul Dog has a major scoop here! Anyway the volume in FLC today is getting intense. While I wouldn't characterize it as a feeding frenzy yet it appears that so far Mr. Market is doing major high fives on the deal. Technically this stock has major resistance in the 9 to 10 range. But I also note that an H&S bottom is clearly forming here. If we break through that resistance on heavy volume then the minimum upside target would be just under the Novy high. As has been demostrated with the recent move in oil and the price of SLB, a completed H&S bottom is one of the most explosive patterns in all stockdom. The next few days to a week will tell the tale.
