MIKE & DENI - PGMS from the AIR: I work with "new" remote sensing data,and KNOW that the USGS generated mineralization maps based on hyperspectral sensor data (AVIRIS) that can detect specific mineral types. It appears that MXAM has also obtained this form of data:

Can we also get this kind of info from the USGS and use this as a basis for resource estimates? If nothing else, it will also support our claims - contrary to State mining officials - that PGMS exist on our property. Since much of our goodies are on the surface, hyperspectral signatures will generate surficial mineralization deposit maps (+/- 20meters with AVIRIS):

This form of data will also be commonly available within the next year from the EOS-AM1 satellite bus, carrying MODIS:
