I'm out of here for the day. . . What a week. Very intense decision making. . .all in all, I am pleased with the result. We were quick to respond and despite the failures of the brokers to keep their word to provide liquidity to our equities and funds. . . .I ended the week mostly unscathed. . lots of wouldas and couldas. . .next time we will be better prepared for their tricks. Anyone with less today than on Monday, needs to go back and re-read some posts about this week. Those that made gains since Monday, much congrats on your savvy. And those that about broke-even congrats on your prudence. Invited to a Grammy event downtown Nashville today. . .Professional Songwriters Forum at lunchtime. . .with panelists Vince Gill, Amy Grant and 4 other fabulous songwriters. . .should be fun and informative. Best part about it, there will be no talk of stocks whatsoever. Getting away from the market for a while is a GOOD thing.
