Lawyers have a vested interest in driving the stock price lower. If NETA stock had not fallen, or it had recovered substantially, then there would be no case. The lower the stock stays, the more likely it is that people will sign up. Of course, the shareholders, if lucky, will get a couple of pennies on the dollar.

Today there is a rally but it is probably caused by options expiration and the large number of puts that were outstanding (MM closing their short positions - buying). Of course, on Monday is the conference call. People are hoping that Bill Larson can talk the stock up. That may also account for the rally. And, finally, with the stock so beaten up, there is always a good chance for a rally.

What we need on Monday are some realistic numbers on what we can expect for the rest of the year. Bill Larson will have had enough time to project better what he expects.

Joe: I am told most Firms carry Liability Insurance to cover such eventualities.

Is this correct and if so do you know the extent of Coverage NETA has.?

Thanks
