In areas outside Hydro Quebec reserve, which is most of the area, it takes 2-days to get preliminary approval, permit in the mail within a week - easy. Try and do that in B.C.!

Expect it will close $1.35 - $1.40 in anticipation of NR for early next week. The fact that it has held through no news and the fact that a lot of info is swirling around tells me the news is neutral or good. Neutral in that there are no glory holes but many holes with enough nickel to warrant a mine. Volume should increase rapidly by 3:00pm.. That is my prediction for the day.
