Ok let's say no one ever paid attention to that bogus site and it's contents and thusly PAIR never moved in either direction on that and following days. Do you think he would be getting all this attention? Do you think the FBI would consider him a criminal or just some stupid idiot trying to get some attentions? Bloomberg may have demanded him to stop using their logo etc. My point is it is not what he did but how everyone else took it is what makes it a crime. If one of anyone's post were taking by the masses to have a different meaning from the poster's intent then he too may be view as a criminal by the FBI, CIA, KGB, Scotland Yard etc etc etc. It all depends who was offended and how much it cost them. The story may have been based on truths and PAIR may be embarrassed and pissed that it is one of their peon's causing the pre-knowledge, and Bloomberg no doubt feels used and exploited to say the least! And no one exploits the press they do the exploiting. This fellow must pay!!! The bigwigs are getting phone calls. TTOSBT
