I don't accept anything that Kaiser says.!!!!!!!! Even Howard Hughes, who originated the expression "pissing match" when he lined prospective supply contractors against the wall and promised the contract to the one who could reach the urinal by pressure alone, never contemplated awarding 16% of several billion on that basis.The "Office Boy's" sense of humor runs away with him when he ridicules a very serous matter in such a way. Is he seriously trying to imply that Winspear can't go it alone if need be???????????? Have I got news for him? His nose is obvioously still so far out of joint that what little judgement he used to have has gone out with the contents of his imaginary competition.
