I have my IRA Certs. And the rest of mine is in cash acc. anyway, but am going to call right now and check. I love the site, every corner is like a new world ! Todd, I will go back looking for the chat-room see ya there !

Yes just got off the phone with Discover, they can ONLY short what's on margin and against the balance you owe. My shares are ALL in cash thus NOT 'shortable'!
