Anyone heard about BOP-ASE? Stock is somehow connected to DIO, they may come up with some deals together. Recently it traded at .40, went up to $1.20 when Dio went to $5 , retreated to .60c. On Friday stock was going up reaching mid-day high of $1.45 before settling @ $1.19. Heard a rumor that it will go much much higher. If anyone has any information on BOP I would appreciate it very much.

Any thoughts on this anyone?
Why the sudden turnaround?
Or is it just moving with the market as investors tend away from
the techs?

Could this have carried that much weight?

The Vancouver Sun reports in an Associated Press dispatch in its Thursday edition
that TrizecHahn, the huge Toronto-based real estate company, has agreed to pay
$560,000 (U.S.) to settle a dispute alleging it discriminated against people with
disabilities. TrizecHahn agreed to pay $550,000 (U.S.) to the EndDependence Centre
and $10,000 (U.S.) in civil penalties to the United States government, according to
Allison Nichol, the deputy chief of the justice department's disabilities rights section.
Ms. Nichol says the EndDependence Centre, an independent living centre for people
with disabilities, complained last year that TrizecHahn refused to lease the
organization space in one of its buildings in the Virginia city of Arlington. Under terms
of the agreement reached Wednesday, TrizecHahn did not admit wrongdoing but it
promised not to discriminate when leasing space. The company is controlled by
financier Peter Munk.

Keith:

Well...here I sit loading TSE data from CSW into Metastock.
It'll take me awhile to load all the data that I want, but
I'm quite anxious to begin exploring and system-testing.

I'm headed to Victoria for some more time off so I don't
envision getting up to speed until May. I do look forward
to exchanging ideas on this thread.

Adios for now...
