The law suit against G&S has GRNO as well as the Carraways as plaintiffs and so stockholders should expect to benefit in that way.

Bob:

I have posed the question to some in the know about potential recovery for non-stock holders.

Many people sold GRNO at a loss, and if the entire recovery from G&S (if any---a large IF) flows to GRNO, then the only beneficiaries are the current holders at the time the suit is settled.

Everyone else is sh*t out of luck. (Which pretty much describes this whole pathetic adventure, don't it?) There would have to be a class action shareholder suit, with the filing including those who held shares on the date of the SEC action, which was the death blow that can be traced directly to G&S. Any lawyers out there with time on their hands? Hell, you can work on this project at the same time you bill a paying customer!! LOL

Just my non-barristeristic* 2 cents.

Robert

*Hey Norm, how's that for a neologism?
