The law suit against G&S has GRNO as well as the Carraways as plaintiffs and so stockholders should expect to benefit in that way. Charles

Bob: I have posed the question to some in the know about potential recovery for non-stock holders. Many people sold GRNO at a loss, and if the entire recovery from G&S (if any---a large IF) flows to GRNO, then the only beneficiaries are the current holders at the time the suit is settled. Everyone else is sht out of luck. (Which pretty much describes this whole pathetic adventure, don't it?) There would have to be a class action shareholder suit, with the filing including those who held shares on the date of the SEC action, which was the death blow that can be traced directly to G&S. Any lawyers out there with time on their hands? Hell, you can work on this project at the same time you bill a paying customer!! LOL Just my non-barristeristic 2 cents.
