Jaime; EDIT; A straddle is when you expect volatility to exceed the
premium , and you take both long and short options, if the market
"moves enough" either way then you make money, if the market goes
flat you lose. It's like a hedge , right now I'm out of touch
with premiums and getting up to speed there takes more time than I have to spare.
I'm long oil and may soon hedge that with a short on MDY.
