Some gal on cnbc just talkling about NTBK.

the three obstacles in their way, in her words(paraphrased)

1)low barriers to entry

2)agressive accounting. They are still cash flow negative(this one I partially onderstand)

3)mismatch with the money.

Their cash flow is dependent on intrest rates more so than other banks as they go out and purchase loans, and if interest rates rise, they lose margins, and conversely if they go down.

Not sure I'm explaining #3 correctly, does make sense(and I can't imagine interest rates getting much lower in the near future) if someone more banking sauuy can explain, It'd be appreciated.
