Brought to you by popular demand: The e-mail from IR I got a response from IR on that e-mail! Fast!! They thought I was Marc Stager. They guessed wrong, now we know something that we didn't before. Below is what was sent to me. Keith ******************************************************************* Mr. Stager- We certainly do not appreciate your hot and cold attitude towards this stock, and moreover do not appreciate you manipulation of the information and discussions we have had on the phone. I never told you that we do not care about online investors, nor did I ever say, or elude to saying that we would do nothing to respond to their interest. What I DID say, was that La Guardia's core business has not been on the Internet to date. We are adapting as quickly as we can, but we are currently not able to move as quickly as we would like. We are interviewing for a webmaster as we speak, and anticipate that this will help us "clean up our act" insofar as the internet is concerned. On the outstanding shares and float, these numbers have been verified and are correct to the best of our knowledge. As you WELL KNOW, not everyone at Silicon Investor, or any other posting forum, tells the truth all of the time. In addition to that, based on the shares currently held by La Guardia GFS, and others we furnish information to, we know for a fact (verified through DTC) that there are at least 2.5mm shares held through these sources. There may also be a short position in this stock, and that may account for the variance in the float. I appreciate your follow through, but please keep your postings inline with the actual discussions that transpire between yourself and my office.
