Remember there is an open SEC investigation on CYOE any MM manipulation will be of interest to them. I am right now just using real time quoting and graphing, but you can see how "funny" this thing has been trading. If people are seeing phony bids, I encourage everyone to report the Market Makers actions that are suspect to the SEC. This will help the SEC on its investigation and may point out things they are unaware of. I will be giving the heads up to the SEC on both the MM actions and the company's use of Press Release with false information.
