I've been in touch with Pennystocks4u folks. They don't like releasing information during the day because they don't want to affect stock price. They told me that they have not been in contact with Stephen Bailey since last post. They plan to release more information about ECOI this weekend. They say that a lot of the speculation about the stock (probably coming from me) is way off base. They remain very optimistic.
