If you are long term and want to help the
company in time of need, you can sometimes
get discounted restricted shares. Happens
everyday.

You can't get them now! The company is doing
very well now.

Gee, Richard, why not just ask me.

It's no secret. I mentioned it here a long time ago.
I have 100,000 restricted shares which I bought for
$.05 directly from Crawford Shaw. Many stockholders
got their shares for less when the stock was at the
$.02 to $.04 range recently and can trade them freely.
