I am a shareholder of IGCO with some of my Las Vegas money. Being that I am far from an expert on all of the engineering details and results may I ask a stupid question? If the results are as good as they apear to be why is this stock so low? Reporting or not - OTC or not dosen't seem to make sense to me. If they found $100.00 bills buried in the ground and could prove how many of them there were the stoclk would obviously be valued differently. I don't see the difference. Any insite on a non technical basis would be much appreciated. Respectfully Vin-Man
