TSE rules for halt in trading.

The following text is taken directly out of the TSE Company Manual:

Halting of Trading (para 826-707)

Sec. 702. The Exchange may halt trading in the securities of a company for disclosure of material information which requires immediate public disclosure under the Exchange's timely disclosure policy. A halt in trading is a temporary measure which will usually not last more than one hour following the dissemination of the announcement. The Exchange may also temporarily halt trading where such action is deemed to be in the public interest (for example, in order to maintain a fair and orderly market).
