Bearshark,

This is starting to get interesting. Could it really happen that the DOW continues to run up without the NAZ.

As many used the arguement to watch the trend, well for the last 2 days the trend was out of the bigger HiTechs into the small caps and DOW stocks. Could it be possible that the market broadens out at the cost of the BIG HiTECH STOCKs going down. I dont think such could last
long if it continues, but just an interesting thought

Right now the DOW is up 36 and the NAZ is down 36.

EDIT: Is it possible for the DOW to get above 11,000 without the NAZ. Seems unlikely, but if they just move the money out of the NAZ and into the DOW and smaller stocks - heck anything is possible. It would be very good for the market since it would mean broadening.
