Once your setup there is an additionally monthly fee for phone access.
@Home should reduce the cost for phone access for regular cable subscribers. It's the one thing I don't like about @Home service.

The stock should drift in this range until the split date is announced. Then it starts up again.

Maybe, one of these days, Cablevision and Century will start adding subscribers. Right now they are dead weight. Almost all subscriber growth is coming from the big three Cox, Comcast, TCI.
