Richard,....all BANY..... I think the 10k buy guy will do well.....sometime soon. It really is a quiet time. I think it should be about the time to be positioning for where you want to be. The Florida office, which I think was not given nearly the credit it deserves, was a material event....allowed under the quiet period guidelines. What I don't know, is whether it was announced because we are closer to trading....or as a bone to feed the bulldog, as the process drags on month after month. I prefer to believe that it means that we are closer. I guess we will now get to look at Q1 numbers prior to trading.....and that will be a good thing. I believe they would be included in the response to the SEC comment letter.....and thus filed on Edgar. (are responses to comment letters filed on Edgar?) Somehow, I would also like to know about Anything Internet sales for March vs.February....and even April vs. March. If we trade somewhere around the middle of May......I think we will be able to get an idea of what the Florida office effect may be.......and it could be that the wait has been worth it, with a stronger Anything Internet stock price. I'm not really sure what to be watching for.....I check Edgar for filings...my E-mail for company announcements...and also try to keep track of the market for internet stocks. It is a difficult time......but I believe it will turn out to be worth the wait....as Anything Internet will be stronger, and fully reporting. The folks who seem to have lost interest or have given up.....will be back, I'm sure of that. (Yahoo thread is almost an empty shell) I will try to get in touch with Scott or Bob next week......see if there is anything they can say. The best you can hope for is a report on the status of the procedure. bg ps. Anyone know exactly when the quiet period is lifted?...Is it after the SEC declares the stock effective?......or after the response to the comment letter is filed? Techno-stuff!
