The standard Canadian securities practice is:
a) Trading halts
b) The company issues a press release
c) Trading restarts about an hour later
It would be truly, truly exeptional if something different happened.

I don't know if it has been mentioned but BII is in Canadian Investor's Digest (Apr23-99 issue)

Written by Laurel de Yturralde (from biddingonbaystreet.com), it is a review of potential, relationships and accomplishments... she not is not really endorsing nor slamming BII... she is basically saying...I told you so.
