Pertaining to shorting stocks in this case PNLK. When you open an account with a brokerage firm you sign a (Hypothication Agreement)
which means they can loan out your stock to someone else for shorting purposes. There are two types of accounts (type one) and
(type two) even though PNLK is not marginable your broker can and usually will put in your (type 2 account) which can be loaned out to other firms for shorting puposes. If you do not want your shares of PNLK to be shortable you must call your broker and tell him or her that
you do not want your shares loaned out and to put them into your (type one account)=( NOT SHORTABLE ) Hope this helps. Last trade $5.75 (14,500 shares) EOM
