Don, I did call the White House at 202-456-1414 and they confirmed there was no meeting or speech of any kind on Wednesday night, the night several people (i.e. not just one) claim Kelly at IR told them there was. So far no two stories of anyone who has claimed to have talked to Kelly even come close to matching.
