Spark - of course, this thing once was an operating business, but that was years ago. On the OTC-BB, as long as MMs want to continue to trade a ticker, they can, unless the company formally delists itself. And since this company ceased operations without bothering to delist, the ticker CATV may continue to trade for a long time to come. The MMs pass it back and forth among themselves at ever-higher prices to run it up, suck in gullible small investors who think something is being merged into the shell, then drop it back down.
