Im amazed at the messages being posted criticizing this lawsuit. I for one am a Platinum trader, have finally figured out ETrade's inconsistent IOI alert system, and have received IPO shares. And I believe this action is justified and everyone should have known it was coming. Come on, we all know ETrade is baiting traders with promises of easy IPO shares. It jusn't is true. It would be if they would be very open and consistent with their execution. A lawsuit will hopefully get ETrade to continue to upgrade their IOI and alert system.
