Excuse me: didn't Spidey inform us at the beginning of January that Federal Marshals were poised to enter the DTC's headquarters to rescue the hostage stock? Maybe they are. Lolo! The fact remains that there must be a showing of law that indicates that this stock should remain in it's current state according to the wishes of the defendants. I don't believe any such law has been procured by the defendants or any other participants at this time. I believe it's relatively safe to anticipate a favorable response regarding company and shareholder interests. That's the happy thought for today! :0)
